Individual skills and fitness - Personalized
training sessions based on a long term development program or
individual lessons to develop specific skills. Topics typically
cover basic to intermediate skills for players under 14. Advanced
training; soccer fitness and flexibility; and sports psychology are
available for older players.
Training sessions $25/hr

Friday Evening and Saturday morning sessions may be available.
Currently, only personal training on fitness and techniques are
available.
If requested, private training will also include a personalized
fitness/training program for the individual player.
Feedback on private sessions is available for parents or coaches
(with parent permission).

Small group training - Groups receive 3 two
hour sessions per month. Each month, a related group of topics that
balance skills, tactics and fitness. All topics are published in
advance - minimum 6 players of similar age per group
$35/person/month

The latest round of group sessions have finished. No new
sessions will be added until after the season unless there is
sufficient interest.
